Open jars, spread on cracker, eat! Actually, I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy ak-mak crackers. I always have some at home and keep a box at work as well. They're so good with so many things, and it's not junk food. Thank you Soojian family!

ak-mak salad recipe
Ingredients:
- ak-mak sesame crackers
- olive oil
- tomatoes
- avocado
- lemon juice
- various lettuces
- fresh herbs
Directions:
- Place broken-up ak-mak crackers in a bowl and cover with olive oil.
- Add chopped tomatoes (including their juices) and allow mixture to blend.
- Add chopped avocado and lemon juice.
- Throw in torn lettuces and herbs.
- Add anything else that is handy and appeals to your tastes.
- Toss everything together.
- Enjoy

Directions:
- Crumble stilton over cracker. This is the best flavor combination ever!

- raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds (equally mixed) drizzle of sorghum or honey

Directions: place a thin layer of smoked salmon on the cracker, top with a
small amount of goat cheese or cream cheese.

Open Faced Guacamole

Directions: Just slather as much guacamole to your heart's content over your crackers and either eat it open faced guacamole or make it a Ak-mak guacamole sandwich. This is a vegetarian favorite to get tons of protein!

Cheesy Cracker
- ak-mak 100% whole of the wheat cracker

- 1 triangle of semi-soft laughing cow cheese any flavor
- 1 oz your choice lunch meat cut thin.
- Optional: veggies cut thin for layering
Directions: Smooth cheese onto cracker then layer meat on top. Voila, you got a healthy great tasting snack.
Serve cold or warmed in microwave.

Spicy Treat

- Spread soft cream cheese on cracker.
- Then, add a small amount of Jalapeño jelly.
Ak-mak Caper

- Goat cheese or your favorite spreadable cheese
- Capers
- Raisins(optional)
Directions: Spread Ak maks with cheese(s) and sprinkle with capers and raisins. The flavor mix is really good!

Snappy Smores
- ak-mak crackers
- Dark chocolate
- Peanut butter and/or
- Sliced banana and/or
- Creme fraiche
Directions: These are better than graham cracker smores because ak-mak crackers remain crisp and SNAP! They have little sugar, are nutty flavored and are
healthier. Make as open or closed smores. Thinly slice enough dark chocolate to nearly cover the cracker. Place on the smooth side of the cracker. Microwave for 20-40 seconds until the chocolate is soft or melted. If using peanut butter, smear it on a second cracker and place on top of the chocolate. The other ingredients can be spread on top of the melted chocolate.
